Mr. C. T. Kapadia

Promoter

Mr. C. T. Kapadia is a Promoter of the Company and a qualified pharmacist from L. M. College of Pharmacy. He also holds a postgraduate qualification in Marketing Management. With over four decades of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including 25 years in international markets, he brings deep industry insight and strategic expertise to the organization.

He served as Country Manager in Tanzania for seven years, representing Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., an Indian multinational. Under his leadership, products launched in the year 2000 continue to enjoy market leadership in the region. Mr. Kapadia is recognized for his strong strategic vision and has a proven track record of building and sustaining successful brands in international pharmaceutical markets.

Dr. Darshil Shah

Director

Dr. Darshil Shah, Director of the company, brings over 13 years of rich experience in research, innovation, and product development. He has contributed to more than 40 national and international publications and holds two patents, underscoring his dedication to scientific excellence.

With a strong research-oriented approach and strategic vision, he plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation, enhancing the company's scientific capabilities, and supporting its long-term, sustainable growth.

We continue to expand our range, with several new products in development, aimed at addressing evolving healthcare needs and strengthening our presence across key markets.

Export operations

The Company has entered into a strategic agreement with M/s Keenpharm Co. for export operations in Mauritius, with product registrations currently in the final stages of approval. In parallel, discussions are actively progressing with partners across several African markets, as well as select countries in Southeast Asia, to further expand the Company's international footprint.

By the end of 2026, the Company aims to commence operations in a minimum of 20 countries and expand its product portfolio to over 100 formulations, reinforcing its commitment to global growth and portfolio diversification.
